 1:  Applications should be mailed on plain paper with national identity card, domicile education data, three passport size photographs and certified copies of work experience attached.  

2:  The applicant must write the name of the post for which he is a candidate in bold letters on the outer envelope of his application and must apply separately for each post.  

3: : Elected persons can be posted anywhere in the Punjab area.

  4: Candidates for government, semi-government employees should apply through their workplaces.

    5: Bad and insufficient applications will be prohibited.  Any requests made in the past will not be considered.

  6: Some kind of TAIDA will be given in the meeting.

  7: Applications should be received at the referee's workplace by 2022-03-07.  Incoming requests will be considered haraam.

   8: The amount of opportunities can be increased or decreased.  The election of the Board of Trustees will be final.

   9: The Division will have the ability to terminate or delay the registration at any time without any explanation.

   10. Under the arrangements of Punjab Government, the upper age limit will be reduced.

   11: Selected competitors will be sent for interview by call letter.

   12: Selected competitors will be expected to submit Hepatitis BIC and HIV Levy wills from the Government Emergency Clinic Support Group and no arrangements will be made.

  13: Registration will be under the contract appointment policy of 2004 which was given by the aforesaid Punjab government.

  14: According to the current recruitment policy of the Punjab Government 2004, merit has not been fully decided.
